Presenter Guidelines

The following information is guidelines for accepted poster and oral presenters for IFEA WEC 2026. All presenters are encouraged to carefully read the relevant guidelines. Should you have any queries, please get in touch with us at ifea2026sydney@arinexgroup.com.

All posters will be displayed in printed format only, and there will be no digital posters. 

There are no printing services available onsite at the Congress. If printing is required upon arrival, we recommend arranging services through local print providers in Sydney.

BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE CONGRESS

All speakers will be required to upload their slides via Dropbox before Thursday 20 August 2026.

Important note:

• Please upload your PowerPoint file using the following naming convention: PresentationDate_PresentationTime_LastName_PresentationName ie: 22_02_25_1100_Smith_JohnsAmazingPresentation

DURING THE CONGRESS

All speakers are required to visit the Speaker Preparation Area, located on level 3 of the ICC Sydney, prior to their session.

• If you have uploaded your slides before arriving, you will be able to review and test your presentation to ensure it is fully prepared for delivery.
• If you missed the deadline, you will be able to upload your slides at the Speaker Preparation Area onsite before the start of your session.
