Registration is now OPEN for the 15th IFEA World Endodontic Congress

We are pleased to welcome all individuals interested in attending the 15th IFEA World Endodontic Congress 2026. To participate, each attendee must complete the online registration form.

Before registering, please carefully review the information provided below. If you have any questions or require assistance, our Congress Managers are available to help at register.ifea2026sydney@arinexgroup.com.

CPD Hours for Congress Attendance

Delegates with a full Congress registration may claim up to 17.5 Clinical Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours in total for attendance at the Congress. Workshops are not included in this total and may be claimed as additional CPD hours by delegates who choose to attend them.

IFEA Member Group Discounts

Please note that group discounts are available exclusively to members from Tier 2 countries.

We are offering discounted registration rates for groups attending the Congress from IFEA member countries as follows:

15+ registrations – AUD940.00
30+ registrations – AUD870.00
45+ registrations – AUD790.00

Tier 1: Residents of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, Japan, Europe
Tier 2: Residents of all other countries

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Register your interest directly with your Country Representative via email by 31 January 2026.
  2. After date, the Congress Organisers will contact you with a discounted registration code and will confirm the discounted rate you are eligible for.
  3. You will then need to register online as an individual and make full payment by 30 June 2026.
  4. After this date, your discounted group registration rate will no longer be available, and higher rates will automatically apply.

Prior to attendance, all registration fees must to be paid in full to avoid registration cancellation.

Payments by credit card will incur the following fees to cover administrative costs to process the payments and account reconciliations, transaction processing fees and compliance and security costs:

  • Visa and MasterCard – 2.2%
  • American Express – 3.0%

Proof of student ID will be required if you register under a student category. Delegates claiming membership of ASE or IFEA will be asked pay non-member fees if their details do not match the current member databases for either organisation.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Delegate registration inclusions are:

  • Attendance to all Congress sessions and exhibition
  • Congress name badge + access to the mobile app
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunches
  • Attendance at the Welcome Reception on Thursday 27 August 2026 + option to purchase guest tickets
  • Option to purchase tickets to other Congress social events, when available
  • Option to purchase tickets to workshops, when available
  • Access to discounted attendee accommodation pricing

Cancellations must be notified in writing to register.ifea2026@arinexgroup.com.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before 1 April 2026 will incur a AUD150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 1 April 2026 to 31 July 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 1 August 2026 will receive no refund.

Social Function Tickets
Payments are non-refundable as of 1 August 2026.

Unpaid Registrations
Payment by EFT / invoice is required within 14 days from the date of invoice. Registrations with outstanding EFT / invoice payments after 14 days will be advised of cancellation if payment is not received within 7 days of notification.

Declined Visa Application
If your visa application has been declined and you are unable to attend, your registration and social functions will be cancelled in line with the above Cancellation Policy.

Cancelled Paid Duplicated Registration
Cancellation of a paid duplicated registration will receive a full refund minus a AUD150 administration fee.

Member Discounted Rates
Delegates claiming membership of ASE or IFEA will be asked pay non-member fees if their details do not match the database.

EFT / Invoice Payment
All Congress registration fees must to be paid in full prior to attending Congress.

Payment by EFT / invoice will only be available from 1 September 2025 until 27 July 2026. Payment by EFT / invoice is required within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Attendees will receive an EFT / invoice for the registration fee within their registration confirmation email. You will receive your confirmation email that is sent upon completion of the registration form.

Any processing or transaction fees associated with international payments must be borne by the delegate. The total amount due on the EFT / invoice must be received by the Congress Organisers, and no deductions for bank fees, foreign currency conversions, or other charges will be accepted.

Registration Confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged by a confirmation email, that also notes your registration selection.

Name Badge
Each delegate will receive a name badge upon arrival to the registration desk onsite. Your name badge will be your official pass to obtain entry to all Congress sessions and registered social function/s.

You are responsible for always having your badge with you. It must be clearly visible to obtain entry. Congress Organisers expect appropriate behaviour from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Please apply for your visa three months or earlier prior to Congress. Your visa application may not be approved if your Congress registration is not paid in full.

International delegates will automatically be sent a welcome letter shortly after your confirmation email has been sent, upon completing the registration form. Please note that if your visa application has been declined and you are unable to attend, your paid registration and social functions will be cancelled in line with the standard registration cancellation policy.

The organisers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin. 

Please note that Congress registration fees do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the event and book your travel, you purchase an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include:

  • Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the event or through the cancellation of the event, 
  • Loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, 
  • Loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, 
  • Failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, 
  • Force Majeure or any other reason, 
  • Medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), 
  • Loss or damage to personal property, 
  • Additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered, 
  • Medical expenses.

The Host and Organiser of the 15th IFEA World Endodontic Congress 2026 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Our Code of Conduct can be found here.

The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Congress Organisers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes. 

The Congress Organisers reserve the right to use any recordings, whether audio or video and/or any photographs, taken at any stage during the conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.

Australia operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches), 2017. The objective of these is to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. 

Europe operates under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. The GDPR aims primarily to give protection to citizens over their personal data. The legislation was adopted on 27 April 2016. 

The Congress Managers will not sell your personal information to third parties. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we will promptly correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advice to us in writing.

Why do we wish you to provide your information?
We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the Congress and to facilitate your participation in the Congress. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the Congress will be used for the purposes listed below. You can give or withhold your consent for each or all of these uses. Please indicate your preferences when completing your registration form but please note that we will be unable to forward any information relating to the Congress or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to point 1.

What will we do with your information? 

  1. Planning and conduct of the Congress including arrangements for your participation; 
  2. In the Attendee List for the Congress; 
  3. May also be provided to organisers of future occurrences of this Congress;
  4. May be used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest. 

Important Notes:
The parties who will have access to your information (subject to your preference selections on above points) are the Congress Managers (points 1 and point 3), sponsors and exhibitors of the Congress (point 2) and any future organisers of the Congress (point 3). 

The parties mentioned above will rely on your above consent indications for the purposes of compliance.

You may withdraw your granular consent at any time by notice in writing to the Congress Managers. 

You are entitled to access the information held by written application to the Congress Managers.

Some external individuals/companies may be sending emails that reference IFEA WEC 2026, potentially giving the false impression they are affiliated with the Congress. These entities are not connected with the official Congress Organisers, and may not be legitimate travel providers. Some may be attempting to fraudulently obtain personal or financial information.

All official registration, travel and/or accommodation information will come directly from Arinex (where applicable). We strongly recommend using only travel agents or services you personally know and trust.

Engaging with third-party providers is at your own risk, and the Congress Organisers accept no liability for any resulting issues or losses. Stay alert and rely only on official communication channels.
