Predictable File Removal & Retreatment

Workshop facilitator: Dr Yoshi Terauchi DDS PhD
Participants will gain a structured, evidence-based approach to managing complex endodontic complications, with emphasis on predictable outcomes and preservation of tooth structure.
- The Terauchi kit (valued at $1,500 + GST) is included, and all participants will walk away with their own kit.
- The course is microscope-assisted, with multiple live demonstrations conducted by Dr Terauchi.
- Hands-on components will be carried out on specially designed plastic blocks as well as extracted teeth.
Expected learning outcomes:
- Understand causes of endodontic failure and instrument separation
- Perform CBCT-guided case assessment and difficulty grading
- Develop predictable treatment plans for instrument retrieval
- Apply minimally invasive techniques for safe instrument removal
